In 2007, a young entrepreneur named Eduardo Poza embarked on an ambitious product to reestablish the identity of the Verdejo grape. A life-long lover of Verdejo wines, he started “VERDEAL”, a modern brand which focuses solely on the D.O. Rueda region with its own varietal identity and DNA.
Verdeal is an ongoing project to satisfy sophisticated palates, to create a long-lasting brand and to remain committed to its geographical area, as both a symbol & an identity – the Verdeal Flower.
