Production Area: |
Located in hearth of the growing region Pfalz, right on the Haardt mountains around St. Martin and Maikammer are the vineyards. The soils are dominated by loam over red sandstone and calcareous Latvians. By sowing flowering grasses,
clover and grains we try to maintain a healthy soil structure and promote the establishment of beneficial insects in the vineyards. The grapes for the rook line are from yield reduced vineyards.
