Il Giovanotto Is a natural red new wine (Vino Novello) made with Dolcetto and Brachetto grapes in a 1 litre bottle. This low Alcohol wine (11 – 11.5%Vol), is produced with carbonic maceration, not fined, nor filtred and meant to be enjoyed young while fresh. Serve slightly chilled.
