Tasting Notes: Red cherry to purplish on the edge, mid- to high color intensity. On the nose powerful aromas of ripe blackberries and black plums, with mineral notes reminiscent of graphite, also balsamic and spicy notes. In the mouth the entry is fresh, soft, unctuous; with good acidity balance, follow by mature fruit tannins that give it breadth and persistence on the palate.
Origin: Ribera del Jucar, Spain
Pairings: Ideal to accompany with red meats, game and stews.
